They can’t wear their favorite clothes because of this heavyweight. So dear ladies don’t b sad and no need to worry because here are some tips through which you can lose weight without going to the gym or taking any supplements. These tips are very useful with no side effects that help you in weight loss.

Tips for Weight loss
1. Drinking Water
Drink water as much as you can, it helps to boost metabolism. Drink 2 glasses of warm water after waking up and 1 glass 30 min before a meal it helps in digestion and will help you in losing weight.
2. Avoid skipping meals
Most of the people think that skipping meals can lose weight, but no it’s wrong, don’t skip your meals. But instead of skipping meals, take them in small proportions.
3. Green Tea
Green tea has many health benefits and one of them is weight loss. Green tea contains caffeine and catechins (antioxidants) which helps in burning fat. Take green tea at least 2 times a day. This will help you with weight loss faster.
4. Avoid Sugar
Cut down sugar and things added with sugar because of its main cause for obesity. You can replace sugar with honey. It will help you in losing weight easily.
5. Eat More Fiber
Eat things that are more in fiber. You can eat green apples because they are low in calories and are higher in fiber. This is one of the simplest tips for losing weight naturally.
6. Snacks Time
Switch your snacks with fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are nature’s ready-made snack packed with vitamins, fiber, and other nutrients that support a healthy diet. Fruits and vegetables are also generally low in calories and high in fiber, which may help you lose weight. In fact, eating fruit is linked to lower body weight and a lower risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, and heart disease. It will help you in losing weight.
7. Sleep Enough
Take enough sleep of 7-8hours. People with a lack of sleep gain more weight and cause them trouble in losing weight. So have a good and nice sleep for a healthy body.
8. Detox Drinks
Detox drinks are very effective and they flush out toxins from the body. Many detox drinks can be made at home. I have shared a simple one here:
Put 1 tablespoon of honey, half lemon and few pieces of ginger(or paste of ginger) in warm water. You can take this drink every night before going to bed. This will help you in losing weight and you will see results within a month.
9. Cardio Exercises
Do some cardio exercises at home. These exercises are very effective and keep you fit.
- Running – Do 15- 20 minutes running.
- Jump rope – Do jump ropes at least for 1 min. This is the simplest exercise for losing weight.
- Squats – Stand your feet with a wide distance, bend your knees, press your hips back and once your thighs are parallel to the floor, come back up and repeat. Do 2 sets of 12 reps.
- High knees – Bring your knees up to the Waist level and then slowly land on the balls of your feet.
- Jumping jacks – Do at least jumping jacks for 1 min. All these are the simplest tips for losing weight easily.
